A peace of mind is the most valuable gift you could give to yourself, others, and the Universe. Today, if you find your mind running, become aware of it's methods, step away from what you're doing, and give yourself 5 minutes of meditation. Do this exercise daily, or as often as you want, to achieve clarity of self and the direction of life you wish to unfold.
